First paragraph of product description.

Designed and engineered in a similar vein to the Ultra High End 8Pack systems, the Infin8 Systems have been developed with the enthusiast in mind, delivering a taste of the full 8Pack experience at a lighter price point. Channelling the hardware experience and world class skill of 8Pack, the Infin8 Series of Systems were born. Infin8 aims to pay homage to 8Pack by combining many of the same standards, processes and components that 8Pack insists on using in his own epic range of systems.

It may be a high spec system, but it is not a true 8Pack system built and tested by the man himself. (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/pc-systems/prestige-pc/8pack)

Still no reason not to include any other manuals that came with the parts, unless they where only available as a download.

Also think they should definitely include any parts they removed, just for the reason you mentioned.

My question is should I have been given the internals that were removed in case I want to make changes further down the line?

As for the Haribo, think it is a bit of a lottery if you get some or not.

Use the support forums as has been suggested earlier.

Only the proper 8pack systems are built by or overseen by the man himself afaik, anything else is just a general OcUK build (which I'm sure they have several levels of specialist within OcUK for the more expensive systems).

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to reply to my post.

tyler_jrb I'll add a few pics from the build log below.

Looks awesome! :)

Extremely nice looking distro blocks, backplates etc and dual pump/res setup. With all the custom parts in the case its easy to see why the price is what it is. What sort of peripherals/monitor setup are you planning to use/using?

Also enjoy the system! :D

Hi there, apologies for being absent for a couple of days, a combination of kids, grandkids, xmas and poor health has laid me up for a couple of days...

To answer your question as easy as I can, to be honest they're not that special but here goes:

3x White Samsung 32" 1440P 144Hz curved gaming monitors ( C32JG50QQU ).
Corsair K63 TKL MX Red Keyboard and M65 Pro Mouse.

Wishing everyone health, wealth and happiness for 2020

You paid for the case, so should get all of the case , parts not used etc. Unless it's all been heavily modded ?

If you've paid a lot of cash for it and stuck on programs or how best to tweak , @8 Pack or customer service would be happy to help. Thought it is Xmas !

He didn't buy the case though, it was bought as a finished product. If you buy a new house, you dont get the left over paint, screws, insulation, pipes etc. If you buy a couch, you dont get the left over fabric.

I'm a system builder and I get enough confused phone calls as it is. Last week, a customer rang me up asking what they should do with the Windows 10 disk and whether it needs "loading" (even though it was already installed). Any extras cause so much confusion becasue people think it needs fitting somewhere.

Whats the issue here exactly....

We sell a crazy amount of prestige systems. 8Pack systems sell in high numbers also with even more of such high end kit selling to specialist business through our 8Pack Renda B2B projects. Ofcourse I cant possibly build and test all this stuff......

WOW!!
Somebody got out of the wrong side of his bed today

I have to state though my post does not refer to any of your personal systems, mine is an Infin8 branded pc so as I haven't actually blamed you nor have I asked for your assistance.

Sorry if my original post and it's content wasn't clear i'll put a few bullet points below:

1/ After purchasing a system from OCUK for a sum that would have been considered an annual wage when I was slightly younger, I had to wait around 3mths for delivery due to a miriad of issues ranging from parts showing as in stock but no physical item on the shelf so to speak.

2/ The build started off as an Infin8 Nebula system and ended up twice the cost and a mostly custom build utilizing the Thermaltake Tower 900 case to make sure everything would fit, as it turned out it's representative of the Infin8 Obelisk system.
If you are conversant with the TT T900 case you will understand that the majority of internals have to be removed to make way for the dual coolant loop.
I asked the forum members if I should have received the removed items;
(a) as I had purchased a brand new complete case so they belong to me and not OCUK
(b) If I decide sometime in the near future to upgrade / change the internals then I should atleast have the option to do so.

3/ The top PC Custom System Builders such as ORION PC, DIGITAL STORM, BLD by NZXT, CYBERPOWER, PUGET SYSTEMS and CHILLIBLAST go out of their way to create a build log for their customers to look through ( I asked for this about 6 times over the months ).
All I received in my " WELCOME TO YOUR SYSTEM " folder was a 3 page photocopied parts list for my system.
Other than a manual for my chosen MB I have no documentation regarding any of the installed software, no case instructions, no info on how to access, control or change any of the RGB settings, fan speed or temp settings. I've had no instruction as to how to make sure the OCing bios setting remain constant, again taking into account the actual cost of this custom system I had hoped for more.

4/ Oh yeah, the worst thing of all ;).
OCUK are well know in the PC community for including a few little packs of Haribo inside the packing material of their deliveries.
I obviously didn't spend enough this time coz I was deverstated that I hadn't got any LOL

To be brutally honest the experience so far is quite disapointing as i'm obviously not getting the best out of something that I don't underwstand how to use it!!!

I hope you have been able to see that my question / complaint doesn't relate to you.

All the best everyone
