My RX9070 Gigabyte appears to be slightly bent

To be honest this seems more like buyers remorse to me.
If you have concerns you have a legal right to return the purchase no questions asked within two weeks, I'm really not seeing anything abnormal and a protractor rubbed over the back of the card is not a good proof of issue. The weight of the heatsink is probably causing a little bending, you've confirmed that the card works fine and the PCB is tiny by comparison to the HSF. It's why people recommended you use a support bracket, I've seen exactly the same thing with numerous cards over the past few generations.
If the PCI-E connection/board was bent, which is where you're randomly slapping the triangular protractor onto, it would not fit into the X16 slot.

I agree with this, you have a right of return regardless of what we think or not, so if you are not happy just return it or replace if possible.
the issue for us looking at video is that you are using a fish eye lens on your mobile(so I assume) which distorts pictures, if you want to counter act the distortion caused you really need to move about 2-2.5 meters back and then zoom in. Even if the videos are accurate, its so minor I don't really see it as an issue and personally myself would not be bother to send it back, but if that was a 5090 with that issue I would have sent it back for replacement, because something so expensive just needs to be perfect of any kind of issues regardless if they are cosmetic or not.
I would get that returned for sure. Over time it'll stress itself and get worse and worse, and can affect cooling performance.
Do get a support for its replacement though, today's GPUs are behemoths and need support. I have a simple little height-adjustable magnetic support rod for mine that I got online for a mere tenner.

Buyer’s remorse? No mate, this reply sounds like you are trying to blame me for something here. Putting a ruler against something that should be straight and showing that it is not is not a good proof of issue? If I wanted to return it I would just return it without posting on this forum.
The videos I posted look nothing like fish eye lens, I’m sorry. Just because it isn’t a £3k 5090 I shouldn’t worry? That’s why I came here asking for advice if that would be okay in a long run.

seeing as you bought from OCuk, just ring them up. you've openned a ticket, also send the link to this thread as you've got the photo's on here. They'll give you the options fairly quickly. What price did yu pay for the card?
interestingly on the 9070 thread they have the sapphire pulse cards where they put foam inside the card to stop them being bent while being transported, as the casing is only thin metal..big yellow warning sticker o reming people to take out the foam on the inside of the card. Am guessing that's what happenned to yours. Seeing as prob the casing and maybe the heatsink might of got compressed a bit during tansport, i don't think that will be any damage that will effect long term performance...it's just the look that's effected

Just been on phone to overclockers, they looked at my videos and gave me to options, either return for refund or keep the card as it’s working fine. The rep reassured that even if something happens down the line I will be covered with warranty with them. I decided to keep the card.

long term it will be fine, I have 980ti that was slightly bent and worked from day one and still have the card and working. What I would suggest to everyone now is to buy some kind of support for their GPU if they are heavy so they don't sag over time.

It does look slightly bent. You've got it logged with OcUK now as having been present from purchase, I would try ensure you have a ticket in writing.
It may also be worth reaching out to Gigabyte UK directly to get thier thoughts about whether it'll cause any warranty issues; if you've got both in writing from Gigabyte CS and OcUK, you should be fine; if Gigabyte however state that could be an issue, I'd get it replaced (and you could also show that feedback to OCUK).
It's not so much an issue now, but more if it gets worse down the line incase the PCB is weakened etc. Also if it places extra pressure on the PCI-E slot which could cause issues over time.
There is also a chance Gigabyte may just offer to replace it themselves; they always used to have an RMA office in Milton Keynes, and I always found them reasonably helpful, and being local, I was able to physically visit if necessary.

Yeah IMO this lowers the later resale value of the card as well if he ever wants to sell it, I wouldn't be happy with this. The card just shouldn't have a warped PCB, the thing costs half a grand, not 2 pence.
He's between a rock and a hard place though because of supply, I'd try to negotiate with OcUK you keep the card until they have stock resupplied and then they replace it for you.

You don't want a bent pcie card. Surely the connectors won't make a solid connection with all the pins. Plus as mentioned resale value.

Doesn't look 1cm out at all, why use a tiny protractor not 30cm ruler or something flat.
