MyFitnessPal friends wanted

Still using it daily, had to fudge the figures last friday as at a wedding so had to guess what calories i had that day.

Got a stag do coming up next weekend hopefully i dont put on too much after it!

Still going strong (current streak is 229 days), despite my awesome breakfast last Sunday :)

Going OK here too, been on a few too many nights out though - free cocktails means it'd be rude to say no! :D

Eating wise I'm doing just fine and keeping on track :)

Been progressing very well so far - helps having lots of people on my feed. Feek - you are tearing through weight!

I lost 30kg in 5 months with a combination of healthy eating and running. I'm a large build and I'm down to 80kg but no matter what I do now I can't lose any more.

The key I found was not to trigger insulin release by eating high glycaemic index foods as this leads to fat storage.

Monday morning weigh in and another 3lbs down :D

Without this app theres no way i would have stuck to a diet this long.

Yeah, MFP is pretty awesome for keeping you motivated. I've not actually weighed in yet but I've stuck with the diet longer than any previous one I can remember :)

Finding myself lacking in motivation at the moment. Still logging when remembered, but the exercise has become less regular.

Need to kick myself up the backside and get moving again!

Yep I have not been on it for weeks. Probably put back on the half stone I lost. Got a football injury though, calf, so haven't been able to do any 30 day shred, football, running or cycling. Annoying.

Need to get back on it though, holiday in July and I am still a stone or two off an ideal weight.

Been using MFP for a while now, not maticulously tracking cals and tend to go over quite a few days, am 55lb down on MFP but in total I have lost just over 6st now.

I'm using TDEE method as described above, and instead of putting in your excersise kcals I just use the minutes and also put cals burned down as 1cal so it doesn't mess the figures and ratios up.

Recently started tracking again as cutting for summer.

Wozza2k

Don't always track evening meals as Cba and they're usually awkward ethic meals which aren't hard to track.

Im struggling at the moment - working away for next few weeks so living in hotels and dining out means im having to try to guestimate calorie intake.

Hopefully it wont set me back too much:(

Upping the training before my competition so am working harder and harder while on a calorie deficit and finding it really hard going. Had an epic relapse on Monday, going 1200 over my limit lol. That had me 1kg heavier on Tuesday morning so have had to train extra to burn it off :(

Added many/ most of you but not Feek as couldn't find him :p

I use it as a guide as always. I find just having "a tool" makes you think a bit more about what you're eating and that. I think most people are over estimating burnt kcals and most of the time underestimating what they eat but hey. It keeps people on the right track.

One thing that bugs me though is; someone I know really underestimates all his stuff, like puts muesli 178kcals. Yea, but where is your milk? That's just 35g (which I doubt you have, I weighed mine the other day and so put 1.5/2x the servings in) of muesli!? Bah. Or the person who puts in "cleaning the house" as their daily exercise?!

/rant

Either way, I have like 10kgs to lose in the next 11 weeks. I'm going to smash this.
