What do you mean to the right directory? Maybe I need to move some files somewhere else?

It starts running but stays on the tomtom splash screen.

I will have a look at how mine is setup in terms of the file structure. I think I used the application installer to install it as opposed to copying the files across then installing. Can't remember though... Will let you know in a bit

I'm thinking about getting this phone. I know this thread is old but to people who have/had this phone, is it worth it?

It's been a great phone for me. Am due to upgrade it next month but not really sure if there is a phone I would rather have apart from maybe the iphone for its superior browsing

what aspects of the phone annoy you? have you updated the firmware a lot since owning it?

None really, I love the phone. Have never updated the firmware at all since getting it 9 months ago. The only app that occasionally crashes is opera.

The only thing I would prefer about it is it would be thinner and tomtom would use the built in gps.

I use it for lots of texting, a few calls and surfing the net. A charge will last a couple of days.

It's a great phone but I just think it is old hardware now and you could probably get a better model that is just around the corner if you wait.

just curious, how's the web browser of the innov8? is it the same as all other s60 phones? thinking to upgrade my n95, but im afraid i might get the 'same' phone but with a better camera

edit: another thing im burning to know is the night shots.. can anyone pls upload night shots of indoor, outdoor and club scenes?

only ever crashed on me using google maps early editions. Fast enough for what i do on it

It's a slightly improved browser stability wise but seems pretty identical to me to the n95 i had. Handles flash lite though. Night shots have never been good on phone cameras I have had, this is no exception
