I bought this on steam a while back after how brilliant the first game was. it doesn't really bother me that I haven't played it since as I figure since NS was free they deserve atleast some support.

Im not at home most of the time so I don't really have the chance to get back into it and I haven't seen how the later patches have improved the game.

I will fire it up sooner or later when I have some free time but to be honest this game should have been released years ago for it to stand any chance of doing well.

They've said that the more serious optimisations won't be in place until the game is feature complete. It is after all an alpha.

There's always people playing and it runs ok now, not perfect but it's getting there, it could use a few more maps but with the recent steamworks update im sure we'll see more soon.

Played Natural Selection probably the best game as far as i'm concerned at Rezzed, it was great fun, great graphics, smooth and nice sound. The guys there answered all my questions and even thought I was a press interviewer ( my job calling? lol ). My brother even got invited to do a online review with another dev guy!. Going to get my pre-order thats for sure

I played NS1 for about a couple hours, i didnt give it a chance and carried on playing sven-coop back in the day. But i just watched that video of the new map, and now ive just hit the purchase button and im dling the beta now

Just bought game. No clue what the hell is going on. what are you even supposed to be doing? I just ran around as a marine while some german commander was shouting nein "computer labs kaput"...

Just watched the trailer on the website, it looks incredible! the last time I saw it was alpha footage its came a long way.. tempted to pre-order now!

Not hugely at the moment, there's normally 3 or 4 full servers (16 player)
