Just a suggestion: Is there any chance of having MotoGP style scoring system, where first 14 riders able to score points compare to only 8 in formula one style scoring system.The only reason i am asking this becuase having more people on the scoring board will keep more people interested in the competition in a long run.

Bouncing cars - lots of people have taken a stab at fixing it, playing with the smoothness of surfaces and default weights and downforce, grip level, cg etc. I just went through and installed/unpacked the game to see which fix in particular is dealing with it (the problem can make eg. the koenigsegg ccx and carerra gt undrivable at spa). Just increasing the base physics tickrate by itself seems to be enough to disappear it.
So if you're on PC unpack and open up \vehicles\physics\physicstweaker.xml
Find the line
<prop name="tick rate" data="180" />
change it to
<prop name="tick rate" data="360" />
and see if you can still make anything bounce weirdly.
I think like the real mod its a mod so not allowed .. But like anything it cant be proved who is using it so meh :/
