Limiting by tier makes no sense does it not, since if you only had access to tier 2 for example, you would only have 2nd level upgrades. So you're at a huge disadvantage.

Personally I will post a time at stock and also a time fully tuned up

So it's race as time trial gives you a rolling start.

I was thinking time attack but it doesn't matter as long as you have a screenshot of your timed lap which doesn't make a difference I don't think.

One gives a rolling start, the other is from a stand still

From stand still requires more skill as the launch comes into play then...

I think that's probably best as it automatically shows your fastest lap anyway.

Edit:
1st is bog standard Stock car:

Purchased,Upgraded and Tuned: (not fully upgraded)

Can do better as the car hit the rev limiter lots on the way round, so might add a better time after tuning down acceleration for top speed.

Choose whichever for the leaderboard depending on the rules you want to impose.

Oh and both using a 360 controller so please cut me some slack

And it's for a week so until next Monday but Sunday night to be on the safe side as there might be the next week starting on Monday morning

Will keep trying. (and BTW, i am rubbish at this game, so you won't have a problem beating the time)
