Need for Speed Shift - Time Trial Championship

I thought I entered this. Had a 1:14 something time but forgot to take a screenshot. Said to myself yesterday that i'll do another one and never got round to it.

Ahh well. Didn't think i'd get many points from it anyway

Well just under 2 hours left for this week.

hmm disappointing week for me. Must have gone round that sodding track a hundred times and just can't figure where some of you guys are making the time up.

Can Take turn 1 flat out at 107, turn 2 flat out at 114, turn 3 80, the snake bit 90 and the rest flat out never dropping below 120mph. No matter what I do to the car, this seems the limit of the traction available, any faster and I hit walls - hard.....

There are bloody great bumps in the road on turns 1 3 and 5 as well so if you take the wrong path, you leave the track..... Evil course..... :mad:

Final entry for me, doesn't help me much but might just secure the position. Looking forward to next week now.

I found if you turn in early on turn 2 you can enter at 123 ish and maintain around 116 through most of the corner and drop to about 112 as it gest tight on exit.

The racing line the game sets is not the fastest line in my opinion.

Definitely my last entry - still not broken 15. I messed around with the gearing so much, and I just got this time using the default gear setup :confused:

Did not think I would win, so haven't really given much thought to car and track. I'm happy with what ever Marine Iguana has chosen.

My time was pure fluke as I can't get under 1:14 now

Is it a drift track? I'm at work so looking forward to having a try later. My few attempts at drift events on single player have been singularily disastrous, I just seem to pinball off the barriers either side repeatedly.

About time I learned I suppose.

Haha...I know how you feel. I am the same. Never have been one for successful drifting...apart from GRID but thats only on one track.

But I believe we are not actually drifting in this one...it's just a case of getting around as quickly as possible...right?
