I tried again & managed a 2.03.030.
I must thank you a little though. From your vid you are getting mid 44's on sector one, I'm pretty sure I was getting around the high 44 secs mark on the first sector. You proved to me I could go faster there.
On the flick right, just before the 2nd sector time are you taking that corner maxed out? I am.
You're faster than me in sector one, so I must be making up ground on you in sector two

i back off the throttle for a split second I'll have to try flat out with a little flick but might be possible then i might be faster, But i tried just now and my best was high 2:07's so i am doing something wrong, Might just be lack of concentration don't know what's on my mind though ? :confused:

Wanting to be first

Simple really. Keep going till you string all the corners together in one lap. Takes a lot of laps so having a couple of hours in one sitting helps over say half an hour here & there. Helps to get in the groove so to speak.
Also seeing what other posters times are. Pushing each other to achieve faster & faster lap times.
Seriously, at first I didn't think a low 2.05 was possible.
On a personal note if it wasn't for Marine pushing me I'd
still be around the 2.05 mark

Sorry. I was describing the corner as a flick right. The initial turn in is HARD right.
On the approach get over to the left slightly running the curb on the left then turn in hard a little earlier than than the racing line predicts. If you miss the apex you have to get out the throttle so take a bit of grass to keep momentum. Ideally you want to clip the curb at the apex.
I would guess I clip the apex taking a perfect line maybe once every 5 laps so it's not easy

First real chance to have a good go at this tonight. Respect to you guys going sub 2:04, I'm trying to see where I'm losing the time but there's no one corner I can target, it's just overall better driving.

Finally into 2:04s just

. My first sector time on this lap was 45.289 which is almost second slower compare to top guys.At least i know that i am loosing most of the time in turn 3 but for some reason i can't get that turn right. Some times i turn in too fast or sometimes too slow.

I think i have hit my limit Marine, can't see improving my time unless some how i manage to get everything togather in one lap which is highly unlikely.

I cant wait to hit a perfect lap it's near but just out of reach for me at the mo might have a few hours trying got nothing else to do at this hour

Edit: Well i failed last night was going all well and went off but i reckon i can do it with the few hours i have left before bed.

Nikaz and Marine have you guys given any thoughts about next car/track combo and one more thing if OP is happy can winner just announce car/track in thread and then OP can update things later at least that way if OP is busy for any reason we can still have blast on new car/track combo.

For some reason with this car/track combo you just can't seem to do fast laps straight away. It takes few laps before you can put hammer down and do some fast laps. Any one else find this as well or its just me.
