gonna try this when I get home. The default sensitivity/deadzone setup is pretty cack.
Ok where do i start 
Works ok with wired 360 pad but a little adjustment is required .
Looks nice . No framrate issues but seems a litty choppy at times (dual core black and 3870)
Base cars handle ok and improve as you modify them BUT as soon as you add extra power they turn into twitchy slidy animals , and if you do all the power mods they are nearly uncontrolable (tier3 and race) .
Im kinda on the fence with this game . I had high exspectations but its a bit of a mixed bag . Its a chalenge for sure.. Ai aint bad and quite aggressive , Cars need balanced upgrades or become undrivable and you seem to progress to fast . Drifting seems broke . i cant do it and i dont know why they went down this route but its horrid .
I like it but more because i wanted a new game rather than its anything new.. Nice try EA but must try harder .

I found these settings on another forum after searching the net.
They really do work wonders for the 360 pad.
I didn't really like the way the game played before these settings, now its just Freat
They entered in game or the software for the pad in Windows?
Go to options, gameplay, then scroll to the bottom. You enter them there.
What a crock this game is. I just went onto a drift event. LOL, it's ridiculous. They supplied a 350Z and it either span with half throttle or just spat you into the barrier.
They had all this hype about having XYZ developer from XYZ sim game. Well, I hope said developers were caged and beaten to a level of idiocy when making this game becasue yet again EA have released another dire attempt of a racing game wit ha franchise that should be put to bed or sold to a developer & publisher who have common sense.

It's just not a pleasnt game at all. VERY unrealistic. I had AI undertaking me down the grass and racing off like nothing happened and most of the cars either don't turn in or turn too much. No amount of feathering the controls helps.
I can play FM2 without any aids turned on quite well but this makes every car handled liek 900bhp yank tank. WHEEL SPIN! SLIDE! WHEEEEELLLLSSSSPPPPIIINNNNNNN TOY FLY OUT THE ******* PRAM.

This game takes some getting used to. Coming from Grid, I need to learn to use less of the loud pedal and to take my time. The more I play it the better it gets. Really enjoying it so far
he has to say this in order to justify convincing the entire OcUK tech team to get the game

Just had a quick go and loving it so far just need to set up your controller first otherwise its a nightmare.

i miss the old nfs with the street races and open world between each race, don't really like the whole legal race track event stuff its just not what i want from a racing game.
also i dont like the in car view so i switched it back to the old 3rd person 'cam behind car' but i hated that too as it seemed too 'fixed'.. as in the old nfs games the camera kind of tilted left/right and zoomed in/out depending on speed so that you could 'feel' the cars movements better.
and i don't like the steering either, they try to make it more real by turning the wheel more depending on how long you hold down the arrow key (although this is not as near as bad as they did in juiced), again with this i like the old 'fixed' steering where the wheel is only turned to a fixed angle when arrow key is held down then you just have to use speed control to make it round the corner without crashing...
so thats what i think... HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT!!!
