Having a lot of web-browers open, a lot of Microsoft Word documents ect. Next to no downloading tho. Just a very fast standerd home office computer that looks and runs nice
The i5 will be fine.
And yup, it's a normal SSD.
I'm only including 2 monitors purely because you said he'll be doing a lot of word/internet browsing
