This winds me up - get home from work and the binmen have left the wheelie bins blocking the drive so I have to get out and move them to get on the drive.
In fact, the law of averages should mean that they leave them somewhere else along the property frontage that was not blocking the drive -but no, every time...

This!!! Really ****** me off to see idiots trying to reverse out of their drives into rush hour traffic because they are too damn lazy to park properly when they come home at night!
In fact buy him a copy of the Highway Code, wipe your butt on the relevant page and post it through his letterbox.

you've got every right to park your car there. In fact if you really want to upset him you could park directly in front of your own driveway.
To be honest I can't really see his issue as as has been highlighted he should surely be pulling past it and reversing back on
