I’ve found one of these in my loft, a blue camo colour one but only 2 of the 5 games work - sonic and Pac-Man. Neogeo cup, puzzle bobble mini, and king of fighters all just take me to the settings/menu screen, which is a shame as they’re all boxed A1 condition... is there anyway to bring them back to life?

Just clean the cart contacts with a cotton bud and some contact cleaner.

Is that cartridge super rare? Am I a millionaire?

Short answer, cotton on its own is a pig to get hold of and is worth hundreds, you're a 1/10th of a million of pennies-aire...
