Netflix is now in the UK

Hmm both US & UK NF are fine on my 30mb Virgin BB. Yet to encounter a single streaming issue and image quality has been superb. Try to use YouTube though and its like the RealPlayer days = BUFFERING!
 
Yeah no issues here on virgin 50mb

Just seen inglorious ******** and dawn of the dead remake are on CA, woot wanted to rematch both of these for a while.
 
Ok, I've been using it for a week now and I'm sold. On the PS3, the quality is absolutely brilliant. Obviously the limited range has been an issue, but I guess they're adding things all of the time?
 
Hopefully not too silly but how safe is unblock us? I only want to access the US library on an apple tv 2, would it basically be ok to leave the dns settings always entered into the apple tv or is it best to only enter them as and when I want to enter the US Netflix library?

I've left them pretty much permanently set on my xbox, with no issues so far.

Cheers mate, read far more into it all than I needed to I think. :p I guess the biggest problem would come from sticking the dns details directly into your router rather than 360/apple tv or what have you and having all your internet traffic being piped through. Or maybe not, I don't know :D

The Blockbuster service for getting DVDs out to you is absolutely fantastic. Pretty much 2 films in 3 days if you want. That's on top of being able to stream stuff anyway...

Why would you rather have a physical copy? You'll be waiting a day or two for them to send a Dvd/Bluray out while you could have already streamed it.
 
Anyone else getting "unable to connect to netflix"

Has been like this since last night with the unblock us DNS.

Been using it fine for the last 2 weeks. And the UK Netflix still works.

Yeah had the same problem for the last two days, it takes multiple attempts to get Netflix on PS3 to start, half the time it sits on the loading screen, the other half it says unable to connect :(
