Hi there

OcUK is ready and prepared for this launch, we already have 1000+ GTS in stock so once NDA clears you can all get buying. :)

Depending on the price i could be ordering my £1200 system when released. Any chance you could give me a hint :D

and O.T. When will you be getting some more Zalman ZM-MFC1 controllers in.

I would say £260 and below is a very safe bet but when has gambling ever been safe.
Lets think about this £260 is approaching gtx price area so only place this can fit in is between the gtx and gt which leaves a gap of about £80 to play with.

errrr last time I looked ocuk had GTX cards for £260 :p

Gap between highend GT and GTX is now about £25.

So price on your basis would have to be between £235 and £260 ;)

And I reckon since GT cards now seem to be flying in everyday in reasonable quantities, I think GT will come down to rrp on GTS launch day - so about £30-£50.

With Gt's at £140-£180 range, it would leave room for the GTS to be £200-£230. Gutting news for anybody still waiting their GT at £200+ though.

No cheapest gtx is £270 here so it's probably right a price cut due on the GT on release day and gts around £200-£230 then ?
hmm i don't see the blummin point though shouldn't someone just buy a second hand gtx if they are shelling out £250+ on this

No that is very very bad lol this just isn't worth it i was expecting at least a 15fps boost from a gt this card is not worth getting if you own a gt.
A 3fps better performer stock 4 stock than the gt :D madness to buy one unless it's £210 or less.
he says not realising that it may clock to 850/2000/2000 and be 20 fps faster than a gt.

Until we know they how they clock then I would reserve judgement.

The S1 cooler is nearly 20 quid and the GTS was only 19 after the sale of my GT so I figure I get a faster card, better cooler and more SP'sfor the price of sticking a S1 on my GT.:p

for anyone who's just purchased a GT it's simply a no brainer ...

the performance gain with the G92.GTS is simply not enough and it wouldn't even seem like an upgrade.

if you haven't purchased a GT .. depending on price it's a fine performer.

I'm waiting for the 9800's in Feb, until then my 8800GT OC2 will do just fine

;)
