Forgot to update: Dell sent a replacement last week which as per @ChrisD. seems to be newer firmware version, box also said manufactured in Jan 2023 so fingers crossed its sorted

Well, my replacement went weird last week, I had to unplug it for about an hour and all is well. Not particularly happy tbh, if it does it again I'll have to speak to Dell and see what they suggest.

Have noticed it twice this week on my replacement monitor too

My replacement AW3821DW has the issue again and after a 30 minute call to Dell, they are replacing it again. :cry:

If the new replacement exhibits the same issue I will be looking for a refund or OLED replacement.
