god your a nob or "god your a noob"? lol

At least it has a good cooler on it, and the extra ram will help.

Have you tried unlocking and overclocking the 6800XT and how did it score in benchmarks?

LOL i don't really understand what you mean! i'm new to all this really! all i have done is gone into the CATALYST CONTROL CENTER and ENABLED THE ATI OVERDRIVE the card is running at 39c @ 527MHZ

My X800XT-PE runs at 526mhz :eek:

I don't think its clocked that high? :confused:

527MHz...wtf :confused:

I was thinking he could have meant X800XT, but the Artic Cooler ATi "3" is for the 9800XT

412MHz -> 527MHz is quite a jump :eek:

Well it came today! and its made a massive differents!!!!! COD2 is awesome now, every think is turn up high! and the game is still super fast! its graet!!!!

The card is a POWERCOLOUR Radeon 9800XT 256mb DDR!! what does the powercolour mean!??

How can i check the running temp of it! i can't find it in the booklet!

Welcome to the forums. :)

The temperature is displayed in the ATi Overdrive menu on the left, if the menus are not there on the left, then change the view to advanced from the tab at the top, and then ATi Overdrive is at the bottom. :)

I wasn't aware that the 9800 Series had the thermal sensor? My 9800Pro didn't.. but maybe the XT is different?

lee-gti, how much did you pay for the card?

I think this is the GPU that looks a lot like the X800XT, same stock cooler as the x800xt, i got a bit confised when i saw the 9800xt.

There is no such card as an ATI 6800XT, maybe it was a Geforce 5800xt ?
