New Build Approx £2000 budget AMD?

@tamzzy just reading the thread you linked to is it worth getting 32gb of memory off the bat then you think?
personally, i would. seeing as you have a large enough budget :) unless of course it meant that you got an inferior screen or a cheaper cpu/gpu, in which case, then no, i wouldn't.
tl;dr version - depends on how you balance your budget

While RAM can be easily increased later, memory is now well priced after many years of insane pricing courtesy of DRAM maker cartel.
And I'm sure DRAM makers are working to get price jacked up back in future, like cutting production.
In next year they should be starting to move production to DDR5, which can no doubt be used as convenient excuse for increasing prices.
That's unless Chinese get their own factories into full swing.

Certainly if you want to be able to keep web browser with many tabs and other programs open in background 16GB is going to run out fast.
Heavier games made for next-gen consoles are likely to fill 16GB by themselves considering what kind HW PS5 seems to be getting:

Old consoles no doubt limit for what amount of memory most current games are designed.

I really think it's worth squeezing in an Ultrawide monitor when you are on this sort of budget, it is the only thing you can's upgrade or change once you've committed, and it makes playing games way more immersive due to the peripheral nature of our vision.
That immersion is just cut down by lacking image height in stereo vision field of view.
Which is pretty near square standing on its corner.
32" 16:9 would do better job at filling that than ultra low screen.

Mainly on OCUK but quite a few of the parts are out of stock on other websites as well.

There is certainly a great deal of demand around presently, best bet is to shop around or put things on back order here. Be warned however OCUK do charge up front so even if you wait two months you'll have paid in full, I know some other places do this as well it is best to check first. :)

seems also if you order a custom build list- they dont take the product off the line/stock as another member found out . Their wait time ended up being twice as long due to parts going out of stock and back in stock..

had to edit some of the above as no doubt i'll get banned for quoting some one

:D

This is what my basket looks like now.

Plus the memory recommended by @Plec

Any changes or alterations? may have to come up with a different monitor by the sounds of stock levels and back orders.

Both the MOBO And GPU were out of stock, but appear to be coming back in now or have already.

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £2,074.73 (includes shipping: £20.82)

maybe phanteks - seems actually Fractal mesh designs aren't as freeflowing as Phanteks. Gamers Nexus showed Phanteks P600 beating it

Seasonic has the same but replacement is unbound for EU - do hope it doesn't break down just after the 31st october ! haha
