Advanced Frequency Settings - type in 40 - press "enter"
Now press F10 and press "y" then enter."

Press delete as he says to get into the bios. He is showing you how to up the multiplier. That 40 will give you 4ghz, if you typed in 42 you would get 4.2Ghz.

The other settings are a lil more complicated, just go with the easy method for now.

dunit your way but how do i know its worked..i tried the other way in 4.4 setup and it wouldnt let me change the intel turbo boost tech they wernt highlighted,,,so come out ...
