New build won't boot with gpu installed please help

I have posted in that section, I'm really tempted to go to my local shop and buy another card. I took Monday off work to mess around with my new rig and I can't even use it now :(
 
I will try updating the bios and disabling the Intel gfx when I get home. Failing that I will try a cmos reset. The only thing that made me not do that last night was when I put another card in it worked fine.
 
Again thanks so much to everyone for all of the replies. I can at least play some cs go on the integrated gfx. (Although I'm terrible) I'll update in morning with ocuk reply.
