Oh, if a 650W Q-Tec = 480Watts, then a 500w Q-Tec = 370W Nowhere near a 400W Enermax. If anyone's reading, this still doens't justify buying a Q-Tec PSU even if your requiremnts are low, lets just say it gets worse in other areas e.g. AMPS
