New Connect program - Kinect dashboard preview

I would love an option to customise it more so I can just have up the xbox and friends menus, but that won't happen as they like to use my screen as a 10 blade advertising boarding.

Pleased the chat is being improved, it's woeful at times these days.

Ooh, great stuff. I guess it won't take effect until late tonight/early morning here by the time the Xbox tech bods in Redmond get going.

Supplementary - I seemed to have missed this bit at E3.

Nah registration has been closed...must have filled up fast!...original post was a few days ago tho so fair dos.
 
Seems some people on Neogaf who were accepted when they signed up have received emails now stating they were not successful.

I have not received any such email, but check your own inboxes guys.

Not sure to be honest, I will paste in the official email said users received:

Seems strange to me, to be accepted before the numbers where filled and then state that too many people applied and some people are now out of the program!
 
Oh noes. That is a bummer. I've been anticipating it all day (yes, I'm sad) - to be rejected now would be gutting. :(
 
I have been waiting as well ( just as sad!!! lol ), hopefully I am still in ( no emails as yet, MS Connect site says I am still in ).
