Yes, if the CFM and static pressure are accurate. I know calculations using watts are dependent on motor efficiency but I think it's fair to assume both motors here are pretty much the same design so about same efficiency. HP results of .07 and .1 HP are drastically different than 1.75a and 1.8a or 21w and 21.6w... and they should be similar.
H100i wattage is .028% more than X60
You say H100i fan is .43% more powerful than X60 fan.
That's a long way from being similar. I cannot believe we can get a 43% increase in power with a .028% increase in wattage. Defies what I learn in physics.
Fan blade design has a significant impact on the output which is why it is better to use the cfm and static pressure.
