New Dell IPS S2721DGF 165hz gaming monitor

Is there a particular FPS band that Gsync works within? I tested Wolfenstein New Colossus at 1440p 165Hz and I was getting tearing. I tried various options with no success:

Gsync On
Gsync Off
Riva locked to 163

It's the only game I've tested at high refresh, so maybe just that particular title?

Thanks! I've amended a few settings and it seems better today... Weighing up a replacement/return still. I hate dealing with customer support so will give it another day or two

Also in the 3080 holding pattern. Held off pre-ordering/ordering at launch as I wanted to wait for reviews. Now waiting for Zen 3, but will snatch a 3080 as soon as I can get one (if it's before December, I will be surprised).

Should be 48-165hz I believe, so not sure why you're having issues.

Is anyone getting a black screen when the monitor resumes from sleep? I need to either switch on the second screen or restart the PC. I can't work out whether it's my new Dell S2721DGF or the 3080-FE/driver.

Do you just setup your monitor with these settings or can you import profiles\settings?

You just install the profile and then adjust the monitor settings to what's in the txt file.

Mines 20/10 as well but seems like everyone receives their monitor well before that.

yes as the firmware sets up the g-sync link properly and the screen manager give several options for game modes . as absolutely says they do deliver earier mine was originally listed as 30/09 but turned up on the 22/9 and i ordered it on the 13/9 so a reasonably quick turn around and btw it was made in august this year so it says on the box .

My one seems to suffer from IPS glow on the bottom left. Is this common? I notice it if I look for it and more obvious in dark scenes (my brightness set to 39%)
