Is it just me or does Google Camera not appear on the Play store any more, on both searching via the app or the site (and even via Googling)? Oddly enough I can still access it via the direct link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.GoogleCamera&hl=en
It isn't, no. He's got about half a dozen addresses that he's manually entered that aren't in his address book, my old one being one of them, and now every time he goes to send me a message he's using itIs your old email in his address book?
2.) I need an encryption tool (vault) that will allow me to keep 2/3 text files protected on my phone. Something like Truecrypt maybe?
Sorry if not the best place for this but has anyone had any issues with alarm clock apps since upgrading to Marshmallow?
I've been using Alarmclock Xtreme (paid version) for years with no issues but since upgrading to Marshmallow on my MotoG (3rd gen) it doesn't work – same issue with my wife’s phone. If I press my power button to view time the alarm then starts to sound - it's as if the phone goes into sleep/power saving mode which the alarm apps cannot override.
I’ve looked into this and thought I’d resolved the problem as some were saying it was the battery optimisation for specific apps not enabling the phone to ‘wake’ on the alarm – the alarm clock app, clock, calendar and android system are not optimised so this problem shouldn’t occur.
I even installed another app called ‘simple alarm clock’ which apparently was written by someone to get around this very issue – it worked Friday (and of course Alarmclock xtreme worked) but hasn’t since.
Strangely the alarm does work if the phone has been used within the last few minutes.
Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated.

Also works with Dashclock extensions.
from the app page, I'm going to say that the app has been abandoned by the developer and simply doesn't support 6.0 properly.
Did you add the alarm app to the battery optimisation whitelist?
I've been using the Google clock app as my alarm with no issues.
I use Timely (also has a basic stop-watch, timer, and clock (with widget - which I use to launch the app). It's not been updated since last year either, but it's working fine on Marshmallow on my Nexus 6P and Nexus 5. Can't fault it.That's annoying.
In that case, can anyone on Marshmallow recommend a good alarm clock app please?
