New essential Android apps thread

K9 still best email client?

Coming back to android after a few years with Apple, bored of low spec expensive hardware, so P6 on order :D

Nine is the best mail client IMO. It's not free (after 13 days at least anyway) but it really is excellent. I use it for Office 365 (work) and another 365 account for my photography stuff. Gmail app for personal.

I use BlueMail as my main client. It's free and packed with enough options to keep most folks busy. Also free of bloat, which is a good thing by me. I did used to use CloudMagic for a good while until that began acting odd with one of my IMAP accounts and not syncing right.

Trying out a new weather app called Klara. Great use of material design, nice animations and 4 different themes.

Whether the forecast is accurate is another matter :D It uses yr.no which has been good for me in the past.

isn't nine exchange only? i tried it and it did look mighty fine, but i use my own domain emails and couldn't get it to work

Good shout this looks like it will do the trick

I don't know if I'm just unlucky but I'm still having major sync issues across all of my devices, using different accounts... This has been going on for over a month now :(

I usually have to run the Gmail app before I get any mail and then other times I get the odd message and not others.
