New essential Android apps thread

Yes, but the reward history shows all credit earned, even if they have been spent.

Don't have many good apps to buy left so I've been spending it on some songs on Play Music.

I had the Reward app for 2 years but I only earned a grand total of £9.56 :(

There has been long periods of up to 5 months where I wouldn't get a single survey. It only when I read that you need your Google location switched on and I had my off most of the time. Apparently surveys are based on your activity and location.

It's about 39 quid for me, over 26 months so far.

Off the back of Rewards and location tagging (I think), I've ended up in the Local Guides programme on Maps... sailed past the 200 points barrier a week or two ago and got the 1TB 2 year Google Drive promo... also seem to have ended up in an app test covered by NDA!

Only kicker so far on the Local Guides thing is that I found out my mate used to get paid to do it a few years back, before they started using us normals for their data gathering.
 
Love that Google Opinion Rewards app, only made like £3.00 on it though, think they got funny because I basically started ticking yes for everything... now I hardly receive anything :(
 
I find the more shops and shopping centres I visit the more I get, for obvious reasons I suppose ...

Still not found anything to spend it on though....

I went from early December last year to April this year without a survey. Don't know why and now seem to get one at least every other day and often more so.

yeah they will stop if you don't answer honestly.

and they will test you too. i've had the same survey many times. it asks am i employed, self employed, blah blah blah, then how many employees, then what i use to keep track of money for the business and one more i forget.

i'm sure this comes back to me simply as a way to test i answer with the same responce each time
 
Hello everyone. Hoping someone can help me out.. Im looking to backup a specific app and its data.

I have a Samsung S6 Edge Plus. Its running official 6.0.1. I dont root and dont want to. I wish to do a factory reset because the phone is acting up. I have this app called "WEMO". The app connects to my smart plugs around the house to control the lamps. Now the app doesnt have a log in or account or anything like that. It only does the setup once and if I delete the app I will have to setup everything again. So I wish to make a full backup of that app including all the setup that I have made, so when I restore the app to my phone the settings will still be there. Hope that makes sense..
 
Samsung Smart Switch app from Play Store. Install it, then you can backup your entire phone apps and the data for them as well as other things to the SD card etc.
