Any 3rd party camera app recommendations? I am off skiing soon and to take advantage of my Note 4's camera.

To be honest the one that comes with it is good enough.
I have tried so many camera apps and keep coming back to the original.

How about petrol price apps? I used to use WhatGas way back, even have the paid version, but it is totally crowd sourced I think and some updates seems to be a few months back, so not so handy.

Yeah mine hasn't been right for a little while now, mails used to come straight through but they often don't at the moment.

And there was me thinking I'd done something stupid by joining to my router's 5G network rather than the 2.4G network.

I check my phone each morning for any emails and I've been finding nothing the last few days. However if I then check the relevant accounts in my browser I appear to have emails. Weirdly then the notifications then appear on my phone!

I've been using the built in Sony client for a while for email as Gmail won't allow push on image accounts

Those with the email sync problems turn off battery optimisation for Gmail. Settings > Battery > Battery Optimisation in the menu > change Gmail to "not optimised".

This is of course phone dependant and will be Android version dependant. I'm on stock Marshmallow.

Google have been rolling out a fix for the sync bug aparently, it should be active by now I'd have thought?

me too. couldn't care less about the few pence savings i could potentially make. i have one within a minute of me, or if i'm out and about and see i need to fill up i fill up at whichever i see on my route. there's just too little price difference to care.

In my area there can be 4 or 5p difference within a mile or two. Over a full tank, it's £2-£3 difference. Granted, in the grand scheme of things that still not a lot, but I'd rather not spend it than do I guess. (Provided it doesn't cost me £3 driving to the cheaper one!)

fair enough. I would assume that typically you know which stations are the cheaper and which are not, even with price changes at least for me the petrol stations like morisons are always cheaper than BP which are typically the most expensive. once you learn this the app becomes pointless some what.
