Just to add, the property management won't care, they brought in the services of the private parking company so they can wash their hand of any parking tittle tattle.
You have a right to park there as resident, so you simply need to tell them (the parking company, not the property management) to 'do one' and if they don't agree, they can take it to court. (but put it in more eloquent terms than that).
