There's still some very subtle alignment issues with the reply boxes - it looks like it may be to do with the size of signatures (vertically)... In most posts the bottom of the light-blue reply area lines up with the bottom of the box containing the avatar and user-info, but on some posts it doesn't (for me at least... Acme's latest post #2568 doesn't align but benneh's #2569 below it does...

(Also another mention - have we tried moving the "edit" and "report" buttons over to the right to live with the "trust" "+ multi" and "quote" buttons yet?)
