I wonder if we could get Matt to do something so that when people try it they get a self imposed ban until they remove the mods from their ignore list?

Thoughts... I'm a mad mass quoter in several different sections of the forum and will occasionally have things in my 'quote queue' totally unrelated to the thread I'm replying in. The popup box is a good & quick way to remove them, but couldn't it be more like a 'which ones do you want in this post' rather than those you 'Remove' (from that quote 'session') being removed completely from the 'quote queue'?

Sidenote: The posts marked as 'quoted' remain marked even after they have been 'removed' from the 'quote queue' (so if you wish to use them when coming back to that thread you have to unselect then reselect).

Could be a capacity issue with the server, I can imagine there's a lot of data going into the alerts.
