New Gaming PC - £1600 spend

@tamzzy how's things? Having issue with the GPU, ive been waiting for it to come back in to stock since the 10th, apparently I'm high on the list for the next batch. But I just wanted to get you thoughts on what GPU card I couldswap it too if I didint want to wait any longer (im going to wait one more week)?

@DazedAndConfused to be honest, i suggest that you wait.as harsh as that sounds...
...reason being that:
1) the 2070S is the best value high-end gpu currently outside of the rx5700 xt. the difference is that the 5700xt currently only comes with a stock cooler, so hot and loud.
2) within the 2070S range, the asus evo was subsidised heavily at £475, so it is comparatively cheaper...just look at the boost clocks for the asus evo and the rest, and compare their relative prices
 
@tamzzy I know what you are saying buddy, but my poor nephew has been waiting patiently for nearly a month since his birthday - i feel for him. Nobody seems to be able to give me a an idea of when they will even get the stock back in.

If we was to change the card what would you suggest, even if we had to add a little more money?
