I deleted everything that was on the usb stick (my previous boards bios update) then I formatted it Fat32 - quick format. Then I downloaded the BIOS on to the usb stick.

I did do it on my old board a few weeks back and think it went ok. Could do with you talking me through it though

It rebooted by itself, I forgot to go back in bios so it went to an operating system couldnt be found screen so restarted and got back in bios. Says F6

I see a "Extreme Memory Profile" (X.M.P.)" it's on Disabled.

Memory frequency is running at 2133mhz at the moment.

It's got two readings. 3200mhz 2133mhz after setting it to profile1

System memory multiplayer - Auto 32.00

The CPU temp is up to 49 C now.

Took about 5 goes to properly boot up then.

Still the same readings as I gave you before.
