Dropped to 32 for a few seconds. No higher than 34. The CPU frequency and Memory frequency are jumping up and down a lot.

Right tell how you prepped the USB drive before you added the F6 BIOS file.

I deleted everything that was on the usb stick (my previous boards bios update) then I formatted it Fat32 - quick format. Then I downloaded the BIOS on to the usb stick.

You need to press <end> at start of post to enter Q-Flash (hopefully hasn't changed).

By the way all the usb connectors on the back are either 3.0 or 3.1
