Like an idiot I forgot to note down my RMA number and didn't ever recieve an email, any ideas how to recover the number so I can check its gone through?
 
Not had anything through the post yet on the warranty claim for world tour guitar :( Anyone else? RMA reports "complete".

Also, where on earth are you finding a guitar for £9.99 !? shop or online?

catalogue store, I've submitted an RMA form about my GH3 guitar as it tends not to pick up notes randomly.

Think, i'll try the rma again...where are you doing the gh3 one? same form (world tour form?)
 
Well, after 3 weeks and no contact at all, my replacement arrived, a day after my birthday, too! :) GHWT guitar all boxed in OEM packaging, can't complain!

Also after some adjustment, I have the old one working about 98% of the time too, so can do some co-op/vs with the gf now :D

Just follow this through, you can use your Les Paul serial number and it will go through, youll get a World Tour guitar as a replacement within 3 days and you dont need to send your old one off, bit silly as I know a lot of naughty people that have been doing it to claim free guitars as apparently they dont check the serial numbers. Some chav I use to know even got every single part of the drumkit delivered to 5 different addresses with made up serial codes so he got the whole set free. \o/

I'm stoopid, which one of those links do I click on in that customer support to get to the RMA? I have a dodgy Les Paul and I didnt know I could return it.

Where's the bit where I enter the serial number?

Edit got it now, go through WT replacement :)

how odd, mine turned up yesterday also? Do they just bulk ship a load once a month or something??? :)

Seems to work ok, still prefer the LP though :D
 
Mine just this second arrived. 4 days from posting on here to door. New GHWT Les Paul.

Thanks to nanoman I owe you a beer.

Thats 4 les pauls I have now. Gonna give one to my nephew with a game.
