I am saying that by using the right players in the right position, you can get the best out of specific players. Rooney doesn't do well for United playing in a 2 up front and therefore should be played as a single striker for England with the right amount of support.

The same for playing Gerrard and Lampard together. They need to be played in the right way to get the best out of them.

I was thinking that, obviously it's gonna stay hit... It's not gonna just suddenly stop in the air.
 
The biggest difference for me frankly, is that the players look like they want to be there, they are enthusiastic.

No air of apathy as there was at the WC.
