It isn't advertised with a free mouse mat though it just seems MSI were kind and stuck a few in the first ones they sent out.

They've sold that many already it doesn't surprise me the limited ones have ran out.
 
Well i think its poor ethically giving reviewers free mouse mats & claiming on your website right now about a free mouse mat to clearly influence people to buy your product over competitors only to not deliver. The reason customer service is poor in the UK is because people just go "quiet" & take it, instead of fighting for their rights. I bet you the people working at MSI would be disappointed buying any product be it gpu, clothing, car whatever & not receiving the free thing they thought was advertised. But like i said, forget about it. My blue EDF mouse mat will have to continue its duties.
 
Says for a limited time. I guess A day (which is how long the first lot sold out) is very limited :D

Just kick off in the customers service part of this forum and I'm 100% be sure ocuk will sort it!
 
It did say it came with mouse mat I saw it. I don't know when it stopped saying that.

The guy is only askng for what he was told he would get. You would complain of your steak didn't have the chips it said came with it on the menu.

EDIT - I'm pretty sure it was an ocuk gaming mouse mat not an MSI one.

EDIT2 - I saw a free mouse mat with something lol. These comments are now making me think it was not this lol.

Yes I was joking, if I was being serious I would bring up that I got 4 packets with a £13 mouse bungee but none with a £700 monitor and demand Gibbo march down to shipping and sack the one vastly overweight packer who has been gorging on all our haribo!!
