I stated the fact they were because they don't speak much English, so when I speak to them they proberly have no idea what I'm saying.

Police spoke to them and told them they need to smoke further away from the property,only reason being because it is causing health issues to me as I'm asthmatic, the officer even said if it was just purely because it was annoying they would have every right to smoke in a communal area outside.
