Did they say they were Polish? or are you assuming they are?

So smoke is getting through your window in enough quantity to trigger your asthma off?

One of my other neighbors is polish and told me they were because he heard them speaking. The police officer also confirmed they were and spoke little English.

And yes, when you have 2-6 people smoking right next to your window, it seeps through and smells out my entire front room (lounge/gaming room) and it sets it of quite bad.

I stated they were polish purely due to issues regarding language barrier, nothing to do with discrimination.

Completely irrelevant anyway, your neighbours can and should be respectful whoever the flat is rented from. I rented from the council a few years ago now and had the nicest neighbours and a real nice community. Your comment is out of order. Why should he have to move anyhow because from what we know the other party is in the wrong.

Take logs as mentioned of the noise and also send letters and keep copies of the letters you send, send an English copy and a google translated polish copy.

Write a maximum of 3 letters over a 3 month period to them if bother keeps persisting then go to the landlord / owner etc
 
Put a UKIP poster up on your window and throw eggs at them whenever they're smoking. (Also blame said egg mess on them to landlord, say they got drunk and were playing some sort of ethnic european egg game.. sounds extremely believable if you ask me.)

Next you will tell me that I can't report a road accident and describe that the person in the front seat is a women, but instead I would have to state that it is a brown haired person.
