Quick question regarding the Ravens.

Why wasn't catch by Lee considered a touch down in the 4th?

He had it in his arms for around a second maybe before the ball got hit away.

Not really sure of all the intricacies of the game yet.

Nor am i but I believe it was a TD.

Arguement could be you need to have both feet on ground?

Even the guys in the Sky Sports studio weren't sure lol, I'm sure the refs would be able to explain it! It's probably got something to do with having possession of the ball and that to have possession there has to be some movement. He had just caught the ball, got one foot down hadn't quite got the other down before it was knocked out. I guess it's that he was classed as not having possession of the ball.
 
He needed to have clear possession of the ball with both feet in bounds. It was very close, but the ball is just coming out before the second foot came down. Great defensive play tbh. It gets even trickier these days when they talk about maintaining possession all the way through the catch, but I think the main thing here was he didn't get both feet down with the ball in possession.

Amazing finish to the game, but I hate to see it end on an error rather than a great play :(
