isnt it just because we were used to the old site that we liked it ? and that we will get used to this very quickly. ?

Not celery true. There are other sites which generally quite painful to use, which is why I liked the old layout - it was a pleasureable experience.

I have to say when it works it is a bit generic.. I'm sure it'll grow on me though and the positives will outway the negatives.

Personaly I think it looks great, thank you for adding a loggin/account option, (I was only just moaning about that earlier ), got a grand rebait from the tax office the other day so I think I'm going to treat myself to a new dual screen setup to celebrate

Whilst I partially agree, I won't stop using ocuk because of it.
Its still the same old company with a new face.
No company is any better as far as I can see, all have there own pros and cons.

To say other sites are more effective is a bit lame really. Ocuk gets exclusive deals with hardware companys as its the best etailer in the UK. So the competitors can't be that effective can they/.....

I can't imagine it's up to 100K. It is Friday night afterall, everyone is probably out partying. Saturday night might have been different though.

Nah not that will be lower, you have to remember a lot of people who couldnt get on the site will try again 2 hours later etc, sure some will go to other sites but some will also sit and wait!

Yup same here can only get the top half and the rest just sits there trying to load. perhaps we have OCUKed the shop server!! it wouldnt be the first time!
