Well, IMO, it needs but two things.
A nav bar or side menu to directly access the sections and
'Our prices are ready discounted for your convenience' somewhere on the front page

At first glance the OcUK site seems dodgy, this was my first impression.

Now i think its simple yet effective, it probably needs a revamp to entice more people to the website and create a good first impression!

just took the opportunity to have a sly dig at a couple of competitors. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys comes to mind. Also, being the biggest isn't as important as being the best imo. I shan't comment on it more for potential legal reasons.
