Well, IMO, it needs but two things.
A nav bar or side menu to directly access the sections and
'Our prices are ready discounted for your convenience' somewhere on the front page ;)
 
At first glance the OcUK site seems dodgy, this was my first impression.

Now i think its simple yet effective, it probably needs a revamp to entice more people to the website and create a good first impression!

I know :) just took the opportunity to have a sly dig at a couple of competitors. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys comes to mind. Also, being the biggest isn't as important as being the best imo. I shan't comment on it more for potential legal reasons.
