LoL some bloke called Krilnon or something spawned in with a gilli and an ak and a *** load of stuff on Dead man walking server. So I went around the back of him, killed him and wow lots of stuff and next to him was a hospital box and about two or three gilli suits

and through walls and every building, I ended up dieing because I kept on getting clipped by zombies. One zombie walked from the back end of the Hospital through the middle of it and out the other

Yeah I was in the supermarket and they walked through the stall's and through the back room wall to me. When I ran out and ran round the back there was..(I **** you not) about 15 zombies just stood looking at the wall where I had previously been inside.

rocket also said 2 weeks -2 months in june.

The buzz of this dayz standalone is loooong gone. And tbf the somewhat polished arma 2 engine doesnt really excite me the more I see of the game.

They are taking too long, and I feel they would have been better of creating this for arma 3 (make it a 15 bucks dlc or something)

i dont think the buzz has gone the numbers of players playing is still better larger than any big fps game.

so august is fine we weeks away. also if you look at whats coming out soon in regards what other good games are there ?

bf4 console bf3 clone cod ghosts will probably be another cod clone so nothing much to worry about. more will be playing dayz than both of them online and look at budget of them

Agreed, although DayZ still holds up well, with the introduction of Arma 3 it feels as though they are targettign a version behind where they should be.

We can debate this to death and theorize as much as we want I think its been done enough though, probably best to just wait and see what happens.

People will buy it, I will buy it. The thought of DayZ on an engine thats a lot more locked down (if true) is good enough for me. I'd happily pay for that privilege, I'm just concerned about the lack of modifiability of the game as its supposed to be locked down on that front to.

Hopefully someone finds a way around it thats legit though.
