Could have 2 of these well within budget and a 2nd monitor is a must for streaming saves you having to try play the game in a window

the coolermaster (CM) monitor linked is a VA panel and 100hz, vs the MSI which is an IPS panel and 170hz

so comparing both specs
the CM has deeper blacks and hence a better contrast ratio in comparison to the MSI - this is due to the screen technology in general
the MSI has a larger refresh range: 170hz vs 100hz

the reason why i tend not to/refrain from recommending VA panels is because the response times for the vast majority of panels are much much slower than either TN or IPS (again this is due to the screen technology)
what this means in real life usage is that if the frame rate drops, the motion you perceive on the screen will look blurry...and in some cases, a blurry mess
personally, i pick up the slow response time/blurriness a bit too sensitively for my liking, and i do get headaches/motion sickness from them (yes it's that bad for me lol)
