NEW STEAM DEALS!!!!

The King Arthur one is tempting me. Big total war style fantasy game. Reviews I read suggested bugs were the only real issues with the game. Certainly might be worth a punt. At under £20 for a game released about a month ago, it's a pretty good deal.

Certainly lacking big names in the games on offer today though.
 
Patches for Grand Theft Auto IV are done through Games for Windows Live. When you start the game and sign in to GfW Live, it will prompt you to download an update - just like it does with Xbox Live. It's not done through Steam at all.

Sort of an odd comparrison if you don't mind me saying. Mass Effect / Jade Empire is real time combat where as KOTOR's is turn based.

I did enjoy it though, many years ago, may as well get it again on the PC at that price. The rest is very average though. CoH I wouldn't mind but I'd like to get the collection of them.

For the people who want all 3 without going through Steam. You can get the Company Of Heroes Anthology which includes all 3 games for £6.99 if you look around.

Not really, all very similar styles of RPG by the same company. The only major difference in gameplay mechanics is the change from turn based to real time.
