This will be a nice healthy upgrade PSU/GPU wise:

YOUR BASKET
1 x **B Grade** MSI HD 7850 Twin Frozr III OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Cards £139.99
1 x Corsair Builder Series CX 500w Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CP-9020059-UK) £54.98
Total : £206.98 (includes shipping : £10.00).

When you flash the BIOS, your harddrives will be unaffected. you can leave them plugged in.

EDIT: If the 7850 is too expensive for you then the 430w version of the PSU + a 7770 will do. The 7770 is similiar price too the 650 but performs better: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/681?vs=536

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI HD 7770 GHz Edition 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £79.99
1 x Corsair Builder Series CX 430w Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CP-9020058-UK) £39.98
Total : £130.48 (includes shipping : £8.75).

EDIT 2: I could also post a 660 vs 7850 comparison as well, but AnandTech uses release drivers instead of the latest drivers, and the latest AMD drivers really do give a healthy performance boost to the 7800 series.

Will that 7770 play dayz and battlefield 3 good and also better than an Xbox 360 sorry I'm a concole guy moving to pc :D because it's better so my mates say :) thanks a lot again really appreciate it

DayZ is more CPU bound so a better CPU will benefit that more.

BF3's PC version is on a completely different level, there is a lot more detail compared to the Xbox version. This one will need a lot more CPU/GPU grunt.

I'm not sure how well the 7770 will perform but it should be better than the xbox if you bring them to similiar detail levels.

FoUnd a Kingston hyperx 2x2gb ddr2 1066 this be ok ? Thanks again :)

Should work perfectly fine.

Regarding the CPU, I'd advise you don't bother to upgrade it. I know the clock speeds are higher on the Athlon but the chip you have is just as fast at it's stock speeds. You would be better off overclocking your current chip and saving the cash from the CPU on a better GPU.

Also not quite sure how to over clock ano if I go into the bios there's an auto overclock
Something like 10% makes it to a 2.4ghz , is the auto feature good enough I'll take pics tonight to help you lot understand what I'm trying to say lol

It's still almost as fast as the processor you have specified to replace it. Ideally you'd want the best overclock possible but for now leave it with the Auto Overclock setting.
