Yes, you can choose a GPU, they recommend X or Y in the drop down menu.
You pay extra.

I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve? Are you now looking to buy a complete PC instead of upgrading the one you have already purchased from a friend now?

If so I'd suggest specifying your budget and perhaps creating a new thread with your requirements. This way someone can spec you components to suite your needs within the budget.

Not being funny but you've been backwards and forwards on what you want help with and I think we are better cutting to the chase at this point.

Well thinking of just getting a full pc instead of just upgrading
Say budget is 7-800
Don't need any software, I've got a 500gb hard drive and a 250gb
But want a ssd
I don't mind if it's pre built or if I can do it myself with a mate
Must have 2 USB ports at the front
