new toy has arrived...

I just dont like german interiors

I much prefer this sort of thing

nasty focus cabin

which some would say looks tacky and gharish

but cant help my tastes. Like i said, i respect the quality and design that the german interiors have. Just dont find them to my taste.

you what?
as said above, the BMW cabin looks much nicer irl. it's a much nicer place to be than a focus, with soft-touch materials and plastics

oh, and the ford is built in germany ;)

As I'm a bit more awake now, I've just re-read the price & depreciation..... Wow!

Thats one big hit the initial owner has taken, I assume its price will at least for a while, continue to plummet.

Regardless though, you still have imo an absolute bargain.

Whats the MPG like? - Theres a chap I work with (not a driver!) who has a 57 plate like yours, he gets around 16mpg! - To put that in perspective, my 44ton Scania with a 12litre engine manages around 9mpg...

prices have firmed up this year, so hoping it will stay like that, although i think i will be keeping this as least a year, which is a lot for me!

can easily beat, currently getting 11.5mpg around london. by comparison the CSL was about 13-14mpg and the M5 was 10mpg in the same conditions.

I just have images of you doing rolling burnouts in heavy traffic through london to achieve that level of economy :D

Fantastic car though, really like the look of them.

I'm no expert but surely an M3 won't depreciate that much over the next year? I thought there were limited numbers produced and people won't be buying them brand new, which leaves second hand demand but not supply.
