New Trainers

Couldn't be bothered to take my own photos when there are ones available online, but here are a few that I have pairs of...
Adidas Superstar Adicolor 'Staten Island'

Those are awesome! Any idea where I can get them online/shops?

Only ones I can find are on eBay and from Hong Kong/Ireland. Not a big fan of buying clothes off eBay though.

Cheers

Anyone got a pair of G Star Raw trainers? Fancy a 'smart' looking pair for going out in.

Was thinking about these...

Nice, where did you get these from? Can't find them anywhere

Got my Staten Island Superstars from Foot Locker! They were quite a common style a few months back, you could get them from Schuh as well. They did a Green 'Staten Island' colourway and also some blue/white ones as well with similar detailing, think they were 'New Jersey' or something.

The sole on these is quite cool as well...take a look

anyone? i would like to order either tonight or tommorow.

Cheers guys.

Only just found this.

Dunks were originally designed as basketball trainers but I'd be surprised if anyone wears them for that these days.

Go for it - they're comfy and in the right colourway, they kick ass.

I'm trying to score a pair of them in a certain colourway in my size...Proving tricky though.

If you're the right size, this seasons Nike Womens are pretty damn awesome.

Have a pic of my latest pair:

Any recommendations for a pair that will be used for football, driving and general wear?

(I mention driving because the tiny pedals in my car are no match for my DCs)

Under 70 quid preferably.

Well ive got really crappy trainers atm, im looking for something nicer for with jeans, but i want something that looks cool, thinking of ordering some Nike's from the online nike store so i can design it and maybe put a personal ID on it, but im having a bit of trouble seperating the ones used for sport and the ones that are more casual (like the dunks look like casual but i think are basketball trainers).

Anyone give me the lowdown on whats what, i have a budget or around £100.

More in depth:

With jeans, avoid 'technical' trainers and go for 'classic' or 'retro'-styled ones.

From Nike:

Court Force
Dunk
Terminator
Destroyer
Vandal
Air Force 1

And more I will have forgotten...Hybrids et cetera.

Turn up your jeans and show them off. If you wear slim-legged denim, you can get away with mids or hi-tops (tongues out, always) and whatever you do, tuck your laces in.

Nike Air Zoom Dunkesto. Comfy as anything, look good in the right colourway and slim-soled.

And g|mp...

I tried a pair of Adidas 60th diamond edition on the other day...

They may be 450 quid and shod with real diamonds but they're still not that comfy :p

That may be because you have a tendency to wear skate slippers and your fat feet have swelled over time :p

Meaning you have to wear Harlem Globetrotter trainers nowadays :/
