Got my Staten Island Superstars from Foot Locker! They were quite a common style a few months back, you could get them from Schuh as well. They did a Green 'Staten Island' colourway and also some blue/white ones as well with similar detailing, think they were 'New Jersey' or something.

Yeah was doing some googling on them and it seems they were released in 06 and therefore mega hard to come across now which kinda sucks as I really liked them :\
 
I saw the black/grape (i think...) in Footlocker the other day. The only 'modern' b-ball boot I could go for, I think.

I'm rocking my black/cactus Oncores today...

New pair of Superstars for me today, since my old ones are totally battered! :D

Came with black laces as standard, so I picked up some Mr Lacy branded white laces (looks far superior to black ones. These laces are much better than the standard ones. Metal ends on them hopefully means the end won't come away like the original ones and be impossible to lace.
They also have the Adicolor interchangeable stripes, so I had a little fun and made them different colours :cool:

Only thing I can't seem to do though is to make the trainers tight enough with bar lacing. Had to miss out the top holes since these have 7 holes a side instead of six.

Anyone know where you can get the above Superstars in that colourway?
Been looking for a while and there are some on ebay, but the seller seems to have them in every size, which although they have good feedback seems dubious.
